As I walked into Crossfit Prosperity 3 months ago I didn’t really know what to expect. My wife had been raving about it since she had started the month before. I knew I had to try something to improve my health so I gave it a shot. What I didn’t expect was how much of a positive impact it would have on my life in just a few short months.
When I walked in that first day I hadn’t worked out in years. Craig immediately recognized what level of fitness I was at and customized each of my initial workouts accordingly.He made sure that I was testing myself but only in a way that was safe and wouldn’t lead me to burning out.
