Step #2 – Foundations Classes

Our foundations series of classes are 3 one-on-one classes where we’ll teach you the fundamental movements found in CrossFit, as well as how to perform them safely and effectively. By offering one-on-one training during the Foundations classes , the coaches can pay maximum attention to your individual needs, ensuring a seamless transition into the larger group workouts.

  • $20/class (must be a current member of a CrossFit gym)

We offer a 15% discount on monthly memberships to all first responders (Military, Fire, Police, EMT) and a 10% discount to students and teachers.
